You will be prompted to purchase a class card while signing up for any class. Click “book” on the class you would like to attend (via the online schedule shown on this webpage) and follow the steps to log in or create an account.

You have up to 5 hours before the class starts to cancel or change your booking in your account. If you do not cancel your spot, you will be charged for the class.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow drop-ins as we have limited spots in class; all spots must be booked on our online booking system.
You will be able to book a class 14 days in advance.
Our technique is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels and uses low-impact dynamic stretching and strengthening full body movement to improve flexibility, mobility, range of motion and relieve pain and stiffness. If you suffer from illness or injury, please get your doctor’s approval before beginning any new fitness program.
We recommend wearing workout clothes you can stretch and move comfortably in. The workout is done barefoot. Please bring a water bottle.
We supply mats for the floor portion of the class along with towels. For sanitary reasons – if you would like to use a mat while doing standing exercises you will need to bring your own. We also supply towels, therabands, and blocks. No other equipment is required. You are welcome to bring your own equipment.
Yes, there is a washroom and two individual shower rooms where you can change. Personal belongings need to be brought into the studio.
Please announce your arrival at the front desk in the hotel lobby. They will grant you access to the elevator which will lead you to the 15th floor. You can follow the signs which will lead you to the Essentrics Studio.
Unfortunately not. There is always street parking and public parking lots in the surrounding area.
